The NEAFC Regulatory Area

Total catches in the North East Atlantic are approximately 10.5 mio tonnes. The four main fisheries regulated in the NEAFC Regulatory Area give catches in the NEAFC Convention Area of approximately 3.3 mio tonnes, that is 31 % of total catches.
