Working Groups are formed from representatives of the Contracting Parties to discuss very detailed information concerning specific issues and areas. The Working Groups then present their advice to the Commission as a whole. Working Groups are formed at the request of the Commission and continue to work in that area for as long as the Commission feels it is useful. |
